Training & Dance Classes

India Dance Wales has over 25 years professional experience in delivering popular and award-winning dance training programmes.

Classes start at beginner level and students can progress up to professional level. Current dance students achieve excellent examination results* and each year all students have the opportunity to showcase their work at a theatre or venue in Wales. Our dance classes are held in Cardiff, Swansea, Carmarthen and Bristol.

Whether for fun or to work towards nationally recognised ISTD qualifications (Imperial Society for the Teaching of Dance) - we have classes suitable for all ages and abilities.

• - Ages five upwards
• - Adults very welcome
• - No experience necessary
• - *Opportunity to learn Bharatanatyam dance with a nationally recognised dance training accreditation; the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD)
• - Dress code: No formal dress code. Leggings with a T-shirt is fine.Please note: All dance practice is done in bare feet.

TUESDAYS (term-time)
For students age 8+ at the Rubicon Dance Centre.
6:15pm - 7:00pm: beginners only over 8 years;
6:15pm - 8:00pm: all non beginners, Level 2 & above;
6:15pm - 8:45pm Level 4 & above.
